7-week virtual course offers an in-depth look at how to manage business finances TOPEKA, Kan. – The Kansas Small Business Development Center (SBDC) has partnered with Profit Mastery, an organization that provides financial management education to small business owners, bankers, managers, and CPAs around the country. Profit Mastery is offering a 7-week virtual course starting Monday, March 22nd that will take attendees on a deep dive into topics including cash flow, financial gap analysis, price-volume costs, how to deal with banks, and much more. These classes will discuss the primary causes that lead businesses to fail and will assist attendees in creating an action plan for achieving and maintaining "fiscal fitness” for their business. “Profit Mastery is a must for every small business owner who wants more profit,” says Greg Jordan, Interim State Director for the Kansas SBDC. “The techniques in this training show how to improve your bottom line with just minor adjustments to your financial processes. Using easy-to-understand lessons, it opens up the world of ratios and the tools you need to help your business make more money.” Usually priced at over $800 per ticket, this course is being offered at no cost to attendees as the Kansas SBDC will be covering all expenses.
