Answered the phone extremely fast and when asked the location of the pickup they were quick to dispatch a driver to my location and got my vehicle back safe and sound.

Less then one star. These wise ass guys thought it a good idea to hang up on my twice ! I kept calling until he spoke to me. My reason for calling is im looking for employment. When we finally spoke he told me he "didnt have time" for a quick conversation. Professionalism sucks, could have told me that the first time instead of hanging up on me 3 times!

I called on a Sunday and they was available to come. They towed my car to Manhattan for a semi reasonable price. My problem with the company is I specifically asked the operator if I could catch a ride to the dealer to do off keys, and catch a ride back. They said yes and assured me it was fine. When we got to Manhattan, the driver had a lame excuse that if he had another pick up that was where he had to go. No time during our drive did his phone ring for another pick up. I would have called another place of I would have none I was going to be lied to or another reason he might not have wanted to bring me back. 2 for the pick up, zero for your honesty.

Absolutely WONDERFUL service from the tow service as well as the motel service. Charlie took care of me like I was right at home and helped with every possible issue he could. Never been more satisfied in a tough situation. Highly recommend

Very professional and friendly. Made business easy. The man in the truck came a little earlier than he said he'd arrive and he got my car loaded up and off in no time.
